   Shipping and fees

  • Shipping per item is $20 USD.
  • All items are shipped via either UPS/EMS(USPS)/TNT Express (at our discretion)
  • All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise.
  • Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays
  • Customers are responsible for providing a FULL VALID ADDRESS, including APARTMENT NUMBER if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Hotkicks will not be responsible for RETURNED ORDERS due in part by customer negligence. 

         Order Tracking

    • Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin processing the next business day. Your order status can be retrieved from WWW.USPS.COM OR WWW.UPS.COM
    • Tracking numbers, and other order information will be e-mailed or you will be phoned once payment has been recieved.
  • Returns
    • Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item. (952) 895-6042
    • Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

      Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.

    • Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.
    • Item and Availability
      • All items are subject to availability. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed.  Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity.
      • All the items are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.
      • All shoes are in Brand New dead stock condition.
      • Customers may not change style/size after order has been placed.
  • HotKicks has no affiliation with Jordan or Nike, or any other brand not mentioned herein.
  • All items are Factory Variants and custom altered. These are items that are made in unreleased and unique colors, and are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards.


  1. Do you carry sizes greater than 12, or smaller than 8?

We only carry sizes 8-12 in US Mens unless otherwise stated. 

  2. Do you accept credit card payments?

No we do not currently accept credit card payments at this time. Sorry for any inconvience this may have caused.

 3. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations. Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-3 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at our tracking page. Shipping takes 4-5 business days. If your order is in stock you will receive it in 1-2 weeks.

Shipping is made via EMS/USPS Express.

Shipping charges per PAIR of shoes are as follows:

USA: $20 USD

International (all other countries): $25 USD

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.

4. What does USD stand for?

USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar, therefore all of our prices are in US dollars.

5. Why are your prices so low?

We strive to keep our customers happy and with cash! So our prices are the lowest in the market.

All items are factory variants.
